I've worked for years in middle/high schools and community mental health clinics. I specialize in life transitions and identity issues. My clients have had challenges with relationships, schooling/careers, parenting/caregiving, and illness/loss. I draw on psychodynamic, family systems, cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapies + mindfulness.
