Life isn’t always for the faint of heart. It can feel frustrating, overwhelming and lonely. In my practice I strive to create a safe space where you can unwind and share who you are and what you are struggling with all while feeling heard, accepted and valued. My clients include those experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, codependency, destructive relationship patterns, challenging life transitions and gender issues. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities including psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, EMDR, depth psychotherapy including working with dreams, active imagination and art.
I am also a Psychological Astrologer. I enjoy using clients’ astrological charts to help foster greater self awareness, insight and understanding. If you are drawn to this modality we can do archetypal depth work based on the teachings of Carl Jung - which uncovers your Cosmic DNA i.e. your strengths, challenges and important life lessons.
My approach is warm, compassionate and curious. I love my work and I am genuinely interested in getting to know you, how you see the world and how we can work together to achieve your desired goal. I enjoy working with people from diverse cultures and orientations. All are welcome.
