Difficult times are experienced by everyone, but what matters most is how we deal with those difficult times. We often end up repeating what we do not repair in life. Sometimes we don't even know where to begin! My therapeutic approach is designed to meet you wherever you are in life to find ways to create positive change. My style can be described as genuine, empathetic and client centered, helping to achieve symptom relief but also get to the root source of the problem for lasting positive change. I have over 10 years experience providing counseling and support to people experiencing difficult changes, transitions and losses.

I have particular expertise in addressing Grief and Loss, End of Life Transitions, Depression, Anxiety, Stress and Self Esteem issues. Everyone deserves to experience the most amount of happiness and joy. Of course everyday may not be good, but there is something good in every day.

Some days may feel dark but remember that every situation in life is temporary. Even when we cannot see the light at the end of the tunnel, we still have to remember and know that the light is there and better days are on the way.
