Or we can try Client Centered Therapy and "Talk Therapy" which allow you to process your thoughts, feelings and insights. I strive to provide genuine understanding and acceptance to all of my clients. And, I accept insurance but also have an affordable sliding scale fee.
I have over 25 years of experience helping people just like you! I have counseled hundreds of adults, youth, couples and families from diverse backgrounds. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Master's degree in Human Development Counseling and am Licensed in Arkansas.
