I've been working with individuals and families in therapy for the past 26 years, and I provide a relaxed, non-judgemental, collaborative and supportive environment to explore your concerns. I enjoy helping and supporting children, adolescents, adults and caregivers to navigate the social and emotional challenges of today's world and to gain the necessary tools to better cope and manage the difficulties that they may be experiencing in their lives. I use a strength based, client centered approach in working with clients and a collaborative, psychodynamic framework that is focused on your specific needs.
My specialties include treating children, adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, complex trauma and grief/loss. In addition, I have extensive experience working with women post partum, parenting/co-parenting and those experiencing life transitions. My primary job is to help my patients work towards the goals that brought them into treatment.
