As a Clinician of 20+ years I have expertise in the treatment of Generalized Anxiety, Depression, Trauma and Grief/Loss. I can support and help you cope through your challenges. I am an eclectic practioner and I incorporate evidence-based, strength based individualized client-centered approach with all clients. I can assist couples cope with conflict resolution and offer tools and support when making tough decision or emerging adults explore career choices, identity issues, cope with social presssure or adjustment issues.
I am able to offer services in Spanish if requested. It's important not only to speak the language but to identify with your struggles. I can relate to my client in a authentic fashion while being culturally sensitive to their needs. I will assist you as you move from stress to well being.
