My goal is to give you a safe and supportive space to work on what really matters to you. I have treated a variety of anxiety, adjustment, and mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, as well as suicidal ideation, self-harm, trauma, stress, psychosis, codependency, relationship and communication issues, and parenting challenges. I use a blend of CBT, ACT, and DBT.
I am passionate about guiding people in creating a life that is lived intentionally and connected to individual values! I have tremendous compassion and readiness to validate, and I also will be direct with you and help you learn how to cope and respond more effectively with painfully difficult challenges in your life.
