Hi there, i'm so glad you are reaching out for support. I am an authentic relational therapist who takes the time to truly get to know you, your strengths, and the unique life experiences that have led you to this moment. My goal is to create a space where you feel deeply understood, and I approach our work with curiosity and care. Sometimes, I take a directive approach by offering practical tools, guided by a holistic perspective that encompasses neurobiology, CBT, DBT, IFS, and spirituality. This integrative method enables my clients to connect with their authentic selves, attain emotional regulation, and discover inner peace.
My clinical experience includes working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use, and trauma symptoms. I earned my Master's from Boston College, where I specialized in counseling student-athletes. I have also worked in intensive outpatient, partial hospital and community based settings supporting young adults and adolescents.
