In Your Language: Writing From the Body
This single afternoon workshop, on November 3rd, 2024, facilitates your access, through embodied language, to the transformative frontier between what now is and what can be. Through individual and group explorations, you'll access the sensations, gestures, and images ready to take you from "here" to "there." Neither stuck in stories of the past, nor bypassing the concrete realities of "now," when we write from the body, we engage in an organic process of dynamic unfolding. With others, you'll play, explore, feel, move, write, and access your intuitive knowledge about the next steps on your developmental journey. Join me!

"Connections" Somatic Healing Trauma Group
If talk therapy has helped you start healing and you're ready for the next level of growth, Connections is for you. If you're feeling stable, yet sense you could feel more alive and less numb, isolated, or constricted, Connections comes next. Trauma creates disconnection within us, from our bodies, from one another, and from a felt sense of belonging.
