I am a thoughtful and compassionate listener and will validate your experiences from a place of genuine care. I offer support and insight through constructive yet gentle questioning and suggestions. I excel at empowering individuals who struggle in relationships and may experience problems with depression, anxiety, perfectionism, self confidence and past traumas.
I have years of experience working in multiple settings with people from very different backgrounds. This, and my pursuit of my own personal growth, has assisted me in being able to be fully present for my clients and their unique needs. I practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) through an Attachment Theory lens.
