Accepting new clients. I specialize in teaching communication skills, repairing attachment, navigating betrayal, and teaching coping skills for anxiety in children and adults. I provide Discernment Counseling for couples considering divorce, and I am a facilitator for the Prepare/Enrich premarital program.
My approach is focused on setting specific goals and teaching you skills and strategies to reach them. I use attachment-based, CBT, EFT, and Gottman models of therapy, as well as play therapy with children. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I earned a Masters degree in Couple and Family Therapy from the University of Maryland.
