I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor trained in EMDR, Yoga Psychotherapy, and mindfulness therapies. I work with clients from a person-centered, feminist, multi-cultural perspective. I believe we are all experts on ourselves and the answers we are seeking are right within our reach. I provide a safe, empowering, judgement-free space for you to explore what is causing discomfort. I believe therapy should be brief and focused on building solutions to assist you in making the changes you want to live a life you feel excited about.
Clients often find themselves reaching out to me when they feel as though they have tried a lot of options. I have strong belief that skills and tools are wonderful but often we need to look inward or float-back in to time to identify the “why” or “how we started” to believe these things in order to see the changes we are hoping for in our daily lives.
I have a passion for working with women, young adults and their parents, athletes, outdoor enthusiasts, and people who are passionate about the natural world.
