Life is a journey! Life experiences and the people we come into contact with impact us in both positive and negative ways. I believe that therapy can be beneficial at any point in a person's life journey: from healing trauma to needing to fine-tune performance functioning. I value the Heart-Mind-Body connection and will work with clients from a holistic perspective to establish goals for therapy and provide them with both challenge and support. I am committed to working with a wide variety of individuals ages 13 and up and will provide a safe space for you to feel seen and heard.
My professional interests include supporting caregivers (parents, teachers, caretakers of the elderly), stress management, emotion regulation, grief, healthy relationships, and high school/college students. I also provide Group Yoga classes and HRV (heart rate variability) biofeedback treatment to help build skills for managing migraines and stress.
