Welcome! If you are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, depressed, stressed and confused, you are not alone. Todays world has left many of us to experience all of these feelings. As humans, we strive to live a life of meaning and purpose. We long for healthy relationships, but unhealthy coping mechanisms and belief systems have left a negative impact on all relationships. Psychotherapy may be the incentive needed on navigating difficult situations, and my goal is to help you move through these challenges and road blocks to a life of abundance and intimate connections.
My approach is gentle and direct. I work with a variety of modalities depending on the issues, your goals and where you are at emotionally. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as Rogerian and Positive Psychology.
