I am client-centered and tailor treatment to each individual by pulling from various theoretical frameworks. I work from a holistic wellness model which attends to physical, emotional, intellectual, occupational, social, and spiritual health. My style tends to be fairly informal - clients describe me as kind, caring, genuine, and authentic.
