I offer concierge therapy for individual adults struggling with all forms of anxiety disorders such as panic disorder, social anxiety, phobias, OCD, intrusive thoughts and all the physical, mental and emotional symptoms that come with it. I am an experienced specialist in this area as well as trauma recovery. Concierge therapy is the epitome of individualized, custom-fit services. We meet via Telehealth allowing you the convenience to have therapy wherever you are! You will have direct access if needed between sessions via secure text. This is individualized therapy and personalized service as I guide you through to recovery!
I have developed a step-by-step approach using both Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and IFS (Internal Family Systems) to bring Level 1 (restore the Central Nervous System to balance using physiological strategies) and Level 2 (working through underlying factors such as unhealthy thinking patterns and/or trauma to “re-wire” the brain). You CAN recover!
So many people feel they must learn to “manage” anxiety because they are not given the appropriate method to heal. You do not have to learn to “manage” intrusive thoughts, panic attacks or triggering emotions based on past trauma.
