My practice is based on a whole self approach, and we will use a trauma-informed integrative blend of CBT, somatic therapy, mindfulness, multigenerational family systems, mind-body connection and nervous system regulation. Additionally, I have a bi-weekly group to assist you in thriving after leaving a Narcissistic Abusive relationship. See Groups tab/call.
