The path to wellness is a journey, and while we all may feel lost at times, that is not an indication of how life will always be. It takes a lot of strength and courage to move in the direction of a well-balanced and happier life. If you are ready to take the next step, I’m ready to walk with you. I'm here to encourage and empower you!
I use a cognitive behavioral therapy approach to treatment that examines ways of thinking, learned patterns of behavior, and using problem-solving skills to change outcomes. Working in partnership with you, I tailor my approach to meet your needs while being sensitive to how your life experiences have shaped who you are.
It is my desire to make therapy a place where you feel safe and comfortable sharing thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgment or shame. My style as warm, supportive, challenging and tough when needed, but always with a bit of humor and laughter mixed in to soften the landing. Collaboration is important as we work together.
