I have experience in helping individuals with a variety of concerns including grief/loss, life transitions, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, health issues, addictions, and healing from trauma. My practice is LGBTQ affirming and I am sensitive to the needs of Trans and gender-nonconforming individuals.
I work with adults of all ages, genders, and racial/ethnic backgrounds. I have extensive experience with emerging adults, creative professionals and am sensitive to the special needs of individuals in high public-trust professions such as law and healthcare struggling with mental health or addiction issues.
