I am excited to tell you that I am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy. This therapy is relatively new but I am seeing so much success with my clients. The best part about ART is that the client does not have to go into detail of traumatic events. They are able to do this with images in their mind and eye movement. It is fantastic.

Oftentimes, reaching out for support the first time can be difficult. I will help to calm your anxiety and/or fears of taking this step to make changes in your life. You can have a better and happier life and you deserve it!
