Sista Circle | Rest/Renewal Group for Black Women

The Sista Circle is a culturally responsive community curated specifically for Black women navigating similar challenges. It provides a space to find strength to confront obstacles and community to celebrate victories. This six-week series will address the importance of REST and RENEWAL for Black women Together, we will unpack unhealthy behaviors that breed anxiety and exhaustion and identify new and more sustainable strategies for healthy living. This Sista Circle is specifically for women between the ages of 25 and 40.
