I am a proponent of self-care to achieve physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. I love to see clients recognize their own strengths and ways in which they've been succeeding and to identify which way they're headed.
I am a trained play therapist. I can help you and/or your child articulate priorities and explore what well-being means to you. I meet you where you are and adapt sessions to your needs. Talk therapy, play therapy, and experiential therapy are ways I connect with you and help you connect with yourself to make effective progress.
I'm a wife, mom, sister, daughter, and former educator; I've had life experience teach me about depression, suicide, anxiety, etc. I listen to understand each individual and appreciate the trust that clients put in me. I'd love to listen to your story and help you create the story you want to live.
