I currently offer individual therapy to adults treating depression, anxiety, adjustment to life changes, relationship issues, and women’s issues.
I believe in a person-centered, strengths-based approach and can pull from a variety of interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solutions-focused or psychodynamic theories to support you in your healing and empower you to live authentically.
