My practice offers confidential psychotherapy services in a comfortable atmosphere. I have been a practicing psychotherapist since 1998. I want to hear about your goals and what brings you to treatment. I communicate openly and directly and encourage my clients to do so with me. I utilize several modalities, to include but not limited to, DBT,CBT, mindfulness, EFT and motivational interviewing. I also provide LGBTQIA + affirming care. Having a " life worth living" is pivotal and worth fighting for. When you complete treatment. I want you to feel like you, " got what you came for." It is never too late to effect change and heal.
My primary focus in in treating mood disorders, chemical dependency, co-occurring disorders, trauma, chronic suicidality, relational/sexuality issues. I am an Intensively trained DBT therapist through Behavioral Tech. I provide somatic/ trauma informed care and educate on the role of the nervous system while teaching skills on how to regulate emotions.
