I work with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, emotional eating, trauma, & women's health. I also offer natural strategies to boost your mood and to improve digestive issues, fatigue, headaches/migraines, weight loss, body image, hormone issues and skin irritations (acne, rashes, etc.) with health coaching.
