I am certified in EMDR, an effective therapy for treating PTSD, anxiety and depression. I have extensive training in DBT therapy, effective for clients who have difficulty regulating their emotions and impulsiveness. I also work with couples and have completed level 2 Gottman Couples Training. Lastly, I have received training in Perinatal Mental Health.

In the first session, I get to know you better and what brought you into therapy. This is also the time to come with any questions or concerns about starting therapy. In the second session, we will collaborate and develop a treatment plan for your therapy goals. I often utilize Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
