I serve the LGBTQ+ community, but my practice is welcoming to everyone. I provide individual and couple counseling to those dealing with trauma, addiction and codependence/relational issues. I incorporate experiential therapy when talk therapy isn't enough. Clients will not only gain self-awareness during our sessions but will also begin to understand the "why" that influences their behaviors. Many psychological difficulties begin early in life and stem from relationships within the family of origin. I use EMDR and IFS, among other modalities, to help clients heal from traumatic experiences. I take an individualized approach with each client.
