I am here to hold a safe space for you as we work collaboratively through this very difficult human experience. I will work with you holistically, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, chronic pain and feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Using my knowledge as a counselor, as well as a certified trauma informed yoga teacher, we will work to address how your experiences feed your state of mind and how you feel in your body. I primarily work with adults over the age of 18 that are interested in learning how to move through difficulty, grow, and discover your purpose in this life whatever circumstances you currently find yourself in.
I am in the final internship stage of my graduate studies to become a Counselor. . I use the experiences I have gained interacting and assisting people in critical times in their life to approach my clients from a compassionate, existential lens in my counseling work. I have also found a good sense of humor to be crucial!
