Allowing my clients to feel comfortable and establishing a therapeutic relationship is the first step to success and sets a foundation for positive change. I am passionate in helping individuals find hope and healing. Sessions will incorporate a strengths-based, client-centered focus that seeks to enhance a person's level of motivation for personal growth and change. Using the strengths and insight of the individual, I support my clients in empowering them on a positive path while providing them with the tools and skills to meet their goals for their present and future.

I am experienced in multiple treatment approaches to best understand the myriad of complex factors that result in emotional distress, physical symptoms, and school, work, and/or relationship problems. I support the client in developing greater self-awareness leading to healing, change, and growth.
