I specialize in the treatment of all types of trauma and Post-traumatic stress disorder. I also specialize in issues of depression and anxiety. I am eclectic in my approach and so we will use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psycho-education and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), guided by what will work most effectively for you.
Together we will mutually develop goals for therapy and work in a safe, nonjudgmental atmosphere. Our work together will honor who you are as a human being and your responses to your experiences that have led you to seek help.
