I foster a brave nonjudgmental space of safety, support, empathy, and validation to heal wounds and increase integration. Working from an intersectional liberation framework, I weave a strengths-based approach with systems, polyvagal, rewilding, and attachment theories. I utilize somatic body/breath, cognitive/behavioral, and narrative practices.
Practicing how to connect, communicate, be vulnerable, and set healthy boundaries are skills everyone learns from scratch. We can build positive coping and relationship skills to face life’s challenges and transitions so that you can feel confident, aware, and empowered in directing your life forward from the inside out.
