I take a culturally sensitive approach in using cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, and other evidenced based therapies. Christian counseling is available on request.
With 33 years in varied fields of social work, I learnt well how to establish a non-judgmental relationship, based on respect, validation, and compassion. I hold strong to the truth that God is our creator who knows us intimately, loves us deeply, and shows us pathways to mental and spiritual wellbeing.
