Everyone carries the answers within themselves. Our job in psychotherapy is to discover those answers together, evaluate their fitness, and practice living with them. I can provide the structure and relationship supporting this process.
I am available for a brief, usually 15 minutes, free consultation. We will work together within a psychodynamically guided relationship and I employ techniques, such as CBT and DBT. Our work is always individualized and specific to you. I work with couples using mainly Gottman tools and interventions. I also provide Board certified supervision.
