I work with young adults and older adults (50 years and up). Through supportive, insight-oriented therapy, I can help you process feelings of grief, depression and a sense of being overwhelmed. I know how difficult change can be. I understand the power that the past holds on us, but I also know that through listening, understanding and connection, we can change in ways we didn't think were possible.

My background is in the creative arts. I'm a lifelong learner, and I truly enjoy learning about my patients' lives. I believe in the power of collaborative listening, in letting the multiple strands of your story emerge in a comfortable, safe, consistent and supportive space.
