Hello, I am Leon and I am here to provide support to those that may be going through a difficult time. I have experience in working with adults needing support around stress management, assertiveness, relationships, grief, anxiety, and depression. I have been working with adults receiving mental health services since 2012 and have been seeing folks for therapy since 2018. By creating a space free of judgement, I work with you to challenge yourself and grow while feeling supported.
I currently work with Brave Counseling & Wellness LLC. I see folks primarily virtually but have been able to see folks in person at our office.
