My style is interactive, supportive, and empathetic. My approach is Person Centered and Psychodynamic. Counseling is a personal process and everyone has a unique way of expressing self. Finding one's true inner voice helps to create growth. Through collaborative work, one can become more self aware and empowered.
Whether your issue be situational, such as a life transition, or chronic, my door is open. I work with a range of issues such as co-dependency, anxiety, grief, overeating, trauma, relationship issues and self esteem .
