I have ten years of experience working with children and teens ages 10-16 as well as adults in many areas such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. I utilize a variety of theories such as Psychodynamic, Interpersonal Pyschotherapy (IPT), and Narrative Therapy.
I work with clients to create a safe space where one feels supported, valued, and heard. Each client is unique and I strive for clients to feel comfortable and ready for change before the process of healing can begin. We all have a story to tell and I would love to help you in your healing journey!
