I am a therapist, and the owner of a small private practice called Lenity Art and Wellness. We are made up of 3 black female therapists. At Lenity, you will receive the empathy, kindness, and compassion that you are looking for as we work together to help you heal. Whether you're struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD/trauma, or more, we are here for you. Our clients are primarily people of color, and we like to use art, music, and creativity in therapy, as appropriate.
We specialize in Expressive Art Therapy, trauma therapy, mindfulness, CBT, and person-centered therapy.
