Yoga classes & Book club/self discovery
Gaining knowledge and measuring experience & impact is a powerful form of self discovery. Alongside peers explore yoga, meditation, and/or literature. In a small/ closed group setting facilitated by Lena Gilman LCSW, RYT, MS.Ed, collaborate with peers & contribute perspective to assist integration of experience, healing & concepts. Working alongside peers with clinical guidance is an excellent modality to increase learning, consolidation & mastery of concepts. The group timeframe will be determined by literature, group, approximating 6-8 weeks. Topics may include - Mindfulness, Vulnerability, Authenticity, Self discovery, Emotional Processing, & Grief. Yoga offerings include restorative yoga and/or “Easy Flow”- attend some or all, you decide!
