I love exploring so many aspects of a person’s life and to be able to help you make sense of it all. Where the pain, the anger, sadness, all comes from. I’m strength based and I like to learn what tools you already have as you journey through life, because you may not see your own courage or tenacity that was able to help you overcome so many obstacles. I want to explore where your past is showing up in the present.
I’m active in sessions. Even if you have a week where there is not much for you to talk about, leave that to me. I’m always prepared with multiple areas in your life that we can still explore. Or perhaps you just want the space to vent and complain and let it all out. I will allow you the space for that too.
My approach is very client-centered. You are the expert in your life and I want you to feel empowered in being able to tell me when I’m wrong. However, I will still challenge you to sometimes see your life and even yourself in a different perspective. I want to help you towards a journey of self-forgiveness and being kinder to yourself.
