I employ an eclectic approach to treatment, using my expertise in various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
I have worked with adults from varying socioeconomic, educational, professional and cultural backgrounds. I specialize in problems related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and mood disorders. I am currently only conducting teletherapy services.
