I support couples as they navigate the important day-to-day stuff (communication, partnering, parenting, identity exploration) and the deep stuff (broken trust, shifting needs, sexuality, betrayal, trauma). We all deserve to be seen and heard. The baggage we carry sometimes gets in the way. This is where I step in and help make sense of things.
