As a New York-based licensed clinical psychologist with 30-years of experience, I offer a range of clinical services with expertise including: adults, couples, women’s health; gender; empathy; creativity & culture; long COVID & ME/CFS, relationships; innovation; virtual environments; leadership; social activism; collaboration; and, psychopathology. These knowledge & skills allow us to discover creative solutions, identify pathways, overcome obstacles and achieve life goals and dreams on your own terms. Payment is self-pay, with reimbursement (superbill) forms provided weekly to make out-of-network insurance reimbursement easy.
Each person is unique. Therapy is never ‘one-size-fits-all’. I incorporate eclectic theoretical perspectives & broad-based expertise for treatment that is singularly tailored to each person. Therapeutic work is collaborative, relationship-based, grounded in dialogue, recognizes the mind & body as inseparable, and is aligned with each individual's identity.
Each of us has a right to a life guided by our own spirit, outlook & traits. As a therapist, and a person, I am easy to talk to and prioritize creating a professional, healing and holistic relationship. When you become overwhelmed or stuck, or, wish to take the next step in achieving your full potential, I am here to work compassionately with you.

Long COVID
Illness is always disruptive. When the illness lingers, when it devolves into a frightening pattern of relapse and remission, with intrusive, isolating, and debilitating symptoms that interfere with every aspect of your life, it can be devastating. Pervasive uncertainty frequently magnifies ongoing physical distress and the experiences of ableism (from others and internalized) and gaslighting may further compound suffering. Individual and group therapy, focused on your lived-experience, provides a safe and supportive environment to explore the trauma of developing Long COVID and/or ME/CFS and on finding individually useful strategies for coping, surviving and thriving.
