I believe in using theories of psychotherapy that have been supported by empirical research. I work hand in hand with each of my clients to develop skills and coping strategies that have been correlated with positive change. Cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and behavior therapy techniques are integrated into each session.
