I've worked with individuals who were experiencing depression, anxiety, life stressors, personality disorders, relationship issues, addictions, and persistent mental illnesses. My approach to therapy varies on the individual needs of each client; however, I am trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and using evidenced based treatments. Also, I incorporate mindfulness techniques and humor when appropriate.
