Welcome! Starting therapy is not easy. It requires self-awareness, vulnerability, and a lot of willingness. I work with clients (18 and above) experiencing a wide range of life challenges; depression, anxiety, emotional difficulties, and addiction. I feel most of these are a symptom of larger core issues in our lives that result in moments of disconnection of self and others due to trauma and deep wounds in relationships throughout the lifespan. It is my goal to help you find out the core issues to help relieve symptoms. No matter what specific symptoms you're experiencing, we all need a safe place to be heard and seen.
I am a Humanistic and Transpersonal therapist who utlizes an eclectic array of therapuetic modalities. I guide people to notice the mind-body connection and explore their inner world in an approachable and relatable way.
