I can also help you develop a plan to work on taking care of yourself.
I offer a person centered approach specifically tailored to your needs. I also specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In response to COVID, I am now offering teletherapy via doxy.me.
I primarily offer evening appointments on Mondays and Tuesdays. Other days and times can be negotiated.
