Hello, My name is LeHenry Solomon LMFT with over 20 years of experience working with people of all ages, races, and belief systems strengthening their emotional well-being to improve their quality of life. I ensure a safe, non-judgmental space for us to work together to achieve the goals we have set for ourselves. The most important approach I use is to ensure everyone I work with knows and understands their value, worth, and ability to achieve their goals.
In my experience, I found that teens and adults are most receptive to the concepts and ideas discussed in therapy. Experiences involving anxiety, depression along with interpersonal relationship issues are influenced by organic and environmental circumstances.
I work to support dealing with and transitioning away from these things through an awareness of cultural sensitivity, spiritual belief systems, and barriers created by systemic institutions.
