If you're reading this, you probably feel stuck. Such a tough spot to be in; I'd love to help get you unstuck. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in my Greek family's restaurants. Working as a family unit gave me a unique perspective on connecting with people from all walks of life. In training to become a therapist, I found many of the things I loved about waitressing existed in the therapy room; laughter, sharing culture, sharing stories, and forming lasting connections. I take a more laid back attitude and prefer a supportive, collaborative environment; if you're afraid of a stuffy session, don't worry, that's not my style.
I specialize in working with teens, individuals, and couples who are ready to make sustaining changes and want a supportive guide on their path. I work especially well with the neurodiverse community and enjoy helping people build the support they need. As a marriage and family therapist, we will look at the whole system around you and how you fit with it.
My goal is to connect with you to provide practical life tools that help you thrive. Therapy is a space to learn, process, and grow into the most authentic and comfortable version of yourself.
