I am Lee, a licensed independent clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience helping people navigate the challenges of their lives. I worked for many years as a mental health specialist in the Army and then provided mental health case management and crisis response services for veterans and their families. I am now offering therapy services for folks who prefer to get help from the comfort of their homes. I work with individuals, couples and teens from all walks of life.
My therapy approach combines cognitive-behavior mindfulness and a focus on solutions. I have a strong understanding of many mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family problems, career challenges, and trauma. I believe in the power of setting goals in therapy to improve one's life experience.
My therapy style is warm and interactive and I have a deep sense of empathy for everyone. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion and I also have a sense of humor. I know reaching out for help can be scary, but I truly look forward to hearing from you!
